With the weather cooling down, Adopt-A-Trail & other volunteers are getting ready to head out on the trails to begin inspecting and cleaning. We would like to share a few reminders that the Whitecourt Trailblazers would like folks to remember prior to heading out on the trails:
Do not work alone Utilize the clubs trail cleaning safety bins which include PPE, high-vis gear, first-aid kits and pre-job paperwork.
Contact Justin @ 780-385-5603 to sign the bins out Follow & Complete the Clubs Safe Work Execution Plan which are included in the safety bins or can be downloaded off our websites safety page. If any oversized or dangerous trees need to be addressed, please identify the location of the trees and report to our trail bosses who will coordinate a safe removal. Trail Boss Contacts:
