A call out to volunteers to clean the Eagle River . We are going to try blowing the leaves and raking them up. You ask "Why do we do this"? If you aren't aware, we rent out the staging area, maintain it throughout the year and this allows us to utilize the area for our winter staging area. We have an agreement with the Alberta Parks and Environment to maintain it. We have a paid contractor that cuts the grass and cleans the area weekly and this cleanup helps to cut down on the costs to open the site for our first renter.
