Eagle River Staging Area Closed

With the creeks and rivers thawing, it is time to close the gate at the Eagle River Staging Area due to safety concerns.

March 31 update

Town OHV bylaw allowing access to the trails from town residence ends today.  Sleds must be trailered out of town. Staging Areas are still open. Rivers and creeks are starting to flow but trails still have a lot of snow cover.  It is too warm to groom so groomer has been parked.

March 3 Trail report

Some fresh snow this week has covered up hard, icy trails.  Conditions are excellent.  Watch for logging activity around Summit Cabin and seismic on trail by letter N toward Swan Hills. Trail passes are still available. Ride safely.
