"I grew up riding snowmobiles in Northern Alberta. As an adult I was fortunate to continue riding and introduced snowmobiling to my own family. I moved to Whitecourt in 1994; and my wife followed in 1996. As a way to meet new people in our town, we attended a Whitecourt Trailblazers meet and greet hosted at their Eagle River Staging Area the following winter. It was there that I truly seen the importance and purpose of having a local snowmobile club; not to mention the camaraderie.

Over the year I've participated in the club as an active member and director as time permitted. I've made and continue to make great friends in the snowmobile community. When the 2023/2024 season arrived; I happily signed on as the Safety Coordinator director and enjoyed creating a new safety management system for the club. In the 2024/2025 season I was nominated for the position of Vice President which I excitedly accepted! I enjoy being part of a very progressive and energetic executive team and club with great vision for the future of the Whitecourt Trailblazers. See you on the trails!"
