RALLY THANK-YOU'S
The Whitecourt Trailblazers Team would like to take this time to send a HUGE Thank-you to all of the individuals and businesses who sponsored parts of our rally weekend!
We truly couldn't do what we do without the help of all these people and businesses who take time out of their busy lives to be there for us and help us put on a fantastic weekend!
Our Rally Checkpoints
Checkpoint #2 Sponsor - The Town of Whitecourt graciously offered to provide our final card pull for riders and also calculated all of our hands afterwards; saving our volunteers a tremendous amount of time! Thank-you to the Town, Councilors & Mayor Ray Hiltz for taking the time to participate in our rally and for also providing muffins to our riders and volunteers! The Town also showed up Friday night in anticipation of knowing it may be a busier registration night due to riders having to haul sleds and unable to ride from the hall! THANK-YOU!
Tri-Jet Services & G MacRitchie Forestry
Checkpoint #4 Sponsor - Tri-Jet & G MacRitchie are sponsors on our Summit Cabin and have provided our riders with free hot dogs in the past during our rallies! With this pivot to our North Trail System and no longer being able to utilize our Summit Cabin... they were quick to respond and move out to our Gundy Cabin to provide us with the same incredible service! Thank-you so much Trijet & G MacRitchie
Checkpoint #5 Sponsor - Riderz stationed themselves at our newly re-opened Eagle River Staging Area to meet and greet our riders upon completion of their rally ride! Thank-you so much for taking the time to travel from Edson to attend our rally Riderz Crew! We appreciate all you do for our club.
Woodlands County
Checkpoint #6 Sponsor - We were so happy to welcome Woodlands County & their Community Services Team to our rally this year! They were our final checkpoint back at the Westward Community Center providing some absolutely delicious hot chocolate to our riders and volunteers! Thank-you so much for taking the time to be a part of our rally! We truly appreciated having you there.

West Fraser/Blue Ridge Lumber
Checkpoint #3 Sponsor - We happily welcomed Blue Ridge Lumber/West Fraser to our rally checkpoint sponsors this year! Stationed in the corner of the parking lot at the Eagle River Casino; riders stopped for a quick hello; a bottle of water and granola bar before heading on their way for their ride! We were so fortunate to have West Fraser join us this year; they happily pivoted with us as well as they were scheduled to be stationed at our Groat Creek Lookout! Thank-you Blue Ridge Lumber/West Fraser for joining us!
We truly cannot thank the Eagle River Casino enough for all they have done for us throughout the season, and especially again during our rally weekend. Allowing us to continue to use their back parking lot for the entire season while our staging area was closed, and then again for our actual rally when we moved from our south trail system to our north.
They also partnered with us for our Sunday GT Ride by providing us with the use of their campground cabin; which was gorgeous and a fantastic location! As well as bringing lunch up to the cabin for our riders as well. We are so fortunate as a club to have the Eagle River Casino and Travel Plaza as a partner. Thank-you so much for all that you do.
CANFOR
CANFOR graciously provided our club with sponsorship for our dessert after our buffet dinner! Thank-you so much CANFOR. We know everyone enjoys a sweet treat, and we were so happy to be able to provide that for our riders this year.
XM 105
Every year XM105 provides our club with a generous donation of matching our radio ad air time and promoting our annual snowmobile rally as much as possibly! They work so hard on creating an ear catching ad for us and placing it in the perfect spots and times to help drive traffic and get more riders into our community. Thanks so much XM 105.
Sysco & Rob Pastoor
Thank-you so much to Rob Pastoor and SYSCO for providing our Sunday's GT Riders with hot dogs out at the Gundy Cabin! The plan was to originally have a hosted Vintage Ride, but with date changes just not working in our favour, Rob pivoted with us and chose to still provide these for another hosted event. Thank-you so much Rob!
