Weekly Trail Report | Thursday March 12, 2026

Spring like conditions have caused some bare spots in open areas; overall the trails remain in good shape.
Recent high winds have also caused many down trees on the trails. Thanks so much to those volunteers that have been out trail cleaning already!
Staging Areas:
➡️Eagle River Staging Area is open.
➡️Groat Creek Staging Area is open.
Grooming:
North Trail System:
Wednesday to Friday grooming will be complete as follows.
- - - Golden Triangle Trail from Letter I to Carson Cabin
- - - Manweiler Trail from Gundy Cabin to #21
- - - Carson Trail
- - - Carson Lake Trail from #19 - #9
- - - Eagle Trail
South Trail System:
Is scheduled to be groomed by mid next week. Watch for next weeks report for updates.
In-Town Trail System :
Centennial Park to the gun range was groomed March 5th and 6th
Flats Road Trail was groomed March 6th
Hazards on the Trails
⚠️Active logging on the Manweiler and Bessie creek trails in the area of numbers 39,45 also between numbers 45,47 on the south trail system, be cautious of logging road crossings and logging equipment.
As always, our words are " Ride at your own Risk" as the environment can change the conditions at any given time.
Natural hazards may include ice, running water, ruts, rocks, stumps, trees, muskeg. Our trails end at the bank to any body of water. Any River, Lake, Pond or Creek may not be frozen, please stay off of any large bodies of water.
